Dranetz, a US based company leader in power quality monitoring and analysis, has awarded EE the contract for Installation of Power Quality Monitoring Equipments (PQMS) at CEM (Macau Electricity Company) Substations. This contract includes the provision of site inspections and elaboration of shop drawings, modification of CEM substations’ network, installation of PQMS equipments and provision of current injection tests. A total of 23 substations ranging from 11kV up to 220kV will be intervened.
Empresa Eléctrica, Limitada is the only company in Macau with proper equipments and trained technicians to provide current injection tests.
This project is forecasted to take 4 months.
